Awhile back I bought this die set from Creative Expressions adn it didn't cut exactly the way I wanted to use it. This lead me to today's video. I am using the all the pieces but stretching it to make a 5x7 easel card. this technique can be used to make any large die an easel card.

You need a paper 1/2 the length of the card you are making. (In this case that is 3 1/2) plus 1/2 inch for folding and glueing.

I used watercolors from Crafter's companion to color the house and grass. I stenciled the card bottom with a stone stencil i think is Crafter's companion from a long time ago.
