It's time for the next card in te shaped number card series. 13. 13 can be a tough age so I went stars, I didn't want to got to young or old looking. I put the stars flat in the background but they could just as easily be in the foreground. The card is a 5x7and I used Kingston Crafts paper. The SVG is linked below.
